Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Renovate. This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for our Pro subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions

Renovate Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a first-time Pro purchase, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we will issue a full refund. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not cover renewal charges.

4. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. We send reminders where required, and you can cancel before a renewal date to avoid being charged. If you were charged unexpectedly due to a billing error, contact us and we will make it right.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@renovateapp.org from the address on your account with your request and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Free Plan & Guest Scans

Free accounts and guest scans are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds.
