These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Renovate (the “Service”), available at renovateapp.org. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Renovate is an AI-powered tool that analyzes photos and videos of rooms and exteriors to measure surfaces, estimate material quantities, and generate approximate cost breakdowns for renovation projects. The Service is provided for planning and informational purposes only.
Estimates, measurements, material quantities, and costs produced by Renovate are AI-generated approximations. They are not professional quotes, appraisals, or guarantees. Actual measurements and costs may differ materially based on site conditions, local pricing, labor, material choices, and other factors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Paid plans (“Pro”) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by Renovate and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Renovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated estimates. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
